The Guanci family has deep roots in the food industry dating back to 1915 with a meat market and bakery in the north end of Boston.  Thomas Guanci, Sr. started in the family bakery business at a young age and formed Campione d’Italia Foods in 1985 after a long career in the food industry as a master baker and consultant to restaurant and supermarket chains.  In 2010 Sally Guanci joined the business as Managing Director after a 30 year career as a VP at a major rental car company and VP of Customer Solutions and Call Centers for a major office supply chain.  In 2012 Kimberly Guanci took over the family business as CEO after serving in several management positions from purchasing to production since 1994.  Neil Guanci serves as President having served in marketing and management roles since 1989 and Thomas Guanci, Jr serves as CFO having served in finance and production roles since 1992.  You will still find Thomas Sr. at the bakery doing what he loves...working on new bread recipes and overseeing production of new items.

Campione d’Italia has always been a family owned and operated business.  We currently operate in Los Angeles, CA in a state of the art USDA facility that is BRC Certified and we operate two bakery facilities in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.  Our Corporate Office is in Las Vegas, NV where we also have a warehouse & distribution company.  Our teamwork and dedication has led to our outstanding reputation in the food industry.

Campione caters to hotel, restaurant, airline and retail industries throughout the world with a complete line of custom formulated gourmet foods, which includes pastas, sauces, pizzas, specialty breads, focaccias, sandwiches and fully prepared Pasta, Beef, Chicken and Fish Meals.  

Our award winning Chef and his team have the capability to develop formulas to your specifications or to create something from scratch.  We make our products in small batches using all natural ingredients - just like our grandmother did - with a bigger kitchen.
